Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Upon submitting the booking form and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept payments via credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Changes to Bookings: Changes to tour dates or itinerary may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost/stolen belongings.
Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and visa requirements for travel. It is advised to consult a healthcare professional for any necessary vaccinations or medications prior to departure.
Responsibility: While every effort will be made to ensure your safety and enjoyment during the tour, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour. Participants are required to follow all instructions provided by tour guides and adhere to local laws and regulations.
Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, alternative arrangements or a full refund will be offered at our discretion.
